Cooking Time: 10 minutes

1.    Pour 1 cup of Akyeke into a bowl.

2.    Add 300ml of water and stir until all the water is absorbed. Set it aside for 5 minutes to regain its original volume.

3.    Heat it up in a microwave on low heat or use steamer for 5 minutes.  While steaming, using a fork or a spatula make sure the Akyeke does not stick to the bottom of the steamer.

4.    Serve warm or cold with meat, fish soup or grills.
