1.    In a cooking pot, add 2 cups of Volta Harvest Cassava Flour and 2 cups of cold water.

2.    Cook on medium heat while stirring vigorously with wooden spatula.

3.    Stir continuously (5-10minutes) until it becomes thick and smooth.

4.    Transfer the content in a separate dish, mold it into balls and serve with soup of your choice.
