1. In a cooking pot, bring 2 cups of water to boil.
2. Add 2 cups of Tuo-Zafi powder.
3. Stir vigorously with a wooden spatula over a medium heat to avoid lumps.
4. Continue stirring for 3-8 minutes until it becomes thick and smooth.
5. Add water if lighter consistency is needed.
6. Transfer the content into a separate dish. Mold into balls and serve with soup.
